Dancing Yellow was inspired by watching my daughter's ballet rehearsal and thinking, you know, what happens when the girls
go wild? Add a little attitude, some tattoos, and give em a bucket of paint. I wanted to convey yellow, and lots of it. I wanted
the painting to jump out and sort of hit you between the eyes, which it sort of does. And I was also after a strange juxtaposition
between youth and adulthood which gives the impression that they're too old for their age. But mostly and most importantly, I wanted
a lot of yellow.
