Momiji Bonsai

Momiji, or the turning of the maple leaves is a special time in Japan. Parks and temples light up the trees at night, constrasting the black star lit sky with brilliant reds and yellows. The streets and walkways are strewn with red fluttering leaves as the wind carries them off to winter, each leaf on its final journey.
